I first thought to myself, "What can I do to feel seen, noticed?" In the beginning, I felt scared and unsure of myself, wondering whether my work and thoughts would mean something to someone. I'm not really the social type in real life. I like to keep to myself and dribble my feelings on paper. But then it occurred to me, "Why don't I try something new?" I was always afraid of putting myself out there, and not wanting to try something until I know it's good. So, here's to trying something new.
